Poksak, LLC

Hello Members of Go Green RI,

Poksak, LLC is a new Rhode Island based company, entering the reusable bag marketplace. Originally founded by a university French professor, a well seasoned business executive and a mother of four, the Poksak family is an ever growing community.
Today there are several brands and designs of reusable bags on the global market; however Poksak’s unique competitive advantage is its convenience, cost and durability, there’s nothing like it! The Poksak comes in a small, convenient pouch which contains a fabric bag, large enough to hold more than two plastic bags worth of groceries, books, clothing, and much more. Existing reusable bags on the market, are typically large and unmanageable and are usually forgotten at home or in the back of the car when you need them the most. The Poksak is small and compact enough to be stored in pockets, purses or handbags…it is no larger than an IPhone.
More and more Americans are taking charge of caring for the environment. If plastic bags continue to pollute bodies of water, landfills, or the environment, generations to come will suffer the consequences. The Poksak is an innovative idea by a team of caring individuals with a vision to make a positive impact on the environment.

Say No To Plastic Bags!

Poksak Readers,

Reusable bags are the way to go! Plastic bags are harmful to our environment and surrounding wildlife. Just look on the sides of roads, lakes, and ponds, it's astonishing how many plastic bags are tumbling about in the wind. It's these plastic bags that are sadly mistaken for food by animals. Reusable bags are the solution. Poksak reusable bags are lightweight, convenient, cost efficient, and are easily stuffed into its own small pouch... no larger than an i-phone. Please go to… Continue

Apponaug Youth Baseball Association will be getting a new scoreboard, to be used by several leagues from the surounding towns. One position does remain vacant.
Please consider sponsoring a 2' x 5' panel on the scoreboard.
Join Wave Credit Union, All About Imagination, Clean Care of New England, Garage Door Headquaters, and Dion Signs on the new scoreboard in the final spot.

The sponsors will be on the scoreboard for the next 5 full years and have first option to renew.
Show your support and help the youth have a working new nevco scoreboard!

Watch for other Rhode Island schools and leagues seeking sports equipment they can not afford to purchase outright- all paid for by the support of local businesses.

previous projects completed:
Warwick Veterans Memorial football scoreboard.
East Providence Little league baseball scoreboard
